There are some very well-known foods around us that can kill you instantly. While it may sound surprising, it is indeed true. Eating these foods will naturally kill you. Let's know what the foods are so that you can avoid those foods –

Sprouted Beans:

Three forms of harmful bacteria - coli, salmonella and listeria. All three of these elements are present in sprouted beans. In 2011, a group of German researchers discovered the presence of these three harmful bacteria in sprouted beans. They identified E-coli in sprouted beans as the cause of 20 deaths. Again, the root idea of Indonesian people is that sprouted beans kill men's sperm. Due to which the amount of sperm in the semen decreases. However, there is no scientific evidence on this yet.

Raw cashews

The cashews we buy from the store are actually roasted. Don't forget to eat raw cashews from the tree. It can lead to death due to poisoning. Raw cashews are made edible through various methods. Cashews contain a special type of toxic toxin called urushiol. From which many serious skin problems can occur. Raw cashews are steamed and roasted to remove the poison.

Peanuts:

Peanuts can also cause death. Those who are not allergic to peanuts can eat it safely. However, do not swallow and chew well. But, if you are allergic to metal, not at all. Peanuts are the leading cause of death among food allergies. However, studies show that only 1 percent of the total population has a peanut allergy.

Prawns or Crabs:

Can't handle the temptation to see big prawns or crabs, man. But, not eating regularly is good for the body. Not only shrimps and crabs, but oysters and snails should also be kept in mind. Because, the risk of mercury poisoning remains. Especially, those with metal allergies would be wise to avoid such 'shellfish'. Otherwise you will suffer from problems like itching, swelling, hives. Abdominal pain may also occur. And if there is 'anaphylactic shock', there is no question. Failure to treat it promptly can result in death.

Raw milk:

Did you forget about the ad? Pasteurized before release to the market, OK. You should never bring home a packet of milk and consume it without boiling it for your own safety. Even the milk that you think is fresh from the cowherd, should be boiled well. Because milk contains deadly bacteria like salmonella, e-coli, listeria. Unless boiled well several times at high temperatures, the risk of bacterial contamination remains from the milk.
