You don't know who said to laugh, brother, don't look at how many laughs are told. Unknowingly, I remembered the poetry of my childhood. But our teeth play an important role behind this smile. He who has beautiful teeth has a beautiful smile. Moreover, with the help of these teeth, we eat food every day. So proper dental care is required for beautiful and strong teeth. It is really important to develop healthy habits in proper easy dental care.

Now let's know 5 tips for proper natural teeth whitening:

01. Brush your teeth regularly:

Brush your teeth thoroughly at least 2 times a day and spend two minutes each time. Brush in such a way that your brush reaches all sides of the teeth and touches your tongue as well. Brush your teeth using only water on a dry brush for the first two minutes while brushing. There will be no toothpaste in it. Make sure to clean the biofilm (yellowish plaque) that sticks to your teeth under the gums. Take a moment to gently bend and move the brush below the gum line, as this is the most important to clean. After these two minutes toothpaste can be applied. You will get the benefit of fluoride in it, can remove stains. Your teeth will become whiten teeth naturally.

Brushing your teeth during the day can reduce the damage caused by plaque byproducts and toxic headaches. So if you can, brush your teeth once after eating. You can ask your dentist to clarify this.

At night when we sleep our mouths don't protect the saliva like they do during the day. So it is better to brush your teeth once before going to bed at night. It will keep you safe and secure till morning.

02. Use dental floss and tongue scrapers daily:

Any food that sticks to your teeth care after eating (ie: meat, corn, caramel, peanuts, butter, etc.) So floss your teeth daily. Flossing can also clean the other side of your teeth where your toothbrush can't reach.

An important part of hygiene is the tongue scraper. Use it to remove bad breath and tongue plaque. You can also clean the tongue using your toothbrush.

03. Use mouthwash:

Find a good fluoride mouthwash with the help of your dentist. Fluoride mouthwash helps strengthen teeth & radiant smile. It is best to teach children to use mouthwash between the ages of 6 and 12. But read the instructions on the bottle before use.

04. Choose your food wisely:

Avoid snack foods. Because constant snacking can build up plaque on your teeth, which gradually increases the risk of cavities or small holes. Avoid sugary and sticky foods. Sugar accumulates bacteria in our mouths, which cause tooth decay. So drink a lot of water or drink immediately after eating such food. Remember that fruit juice contains a lot of acids and natural sugars. So drink minimum fruit juice. Drink fruit juice only at mealtimes or when a large meal is consumed. Try to chew less on seeds and hard bones. Because it can cause cracks between the molars of your teeth.

05. Go to the dentist:

Visit your dentist at least every six months and tell your dentist immediately if you have any dental problems. Get your teeth cleaned by a professional registered dental hygienist once a year. Always check for cavities or signs of gum disease. Consult your dentist and dental hygienist on proper brushing and flossing regimens.

Some things to do with healthy gums and beautiful smile:

  • Change your toothbrush every three months.
  • Try drinking milk every day, it increases your calcium. Calcium helps strengthen bones and teeth.
  • The toothbrush should be such that it can be easily bent towards the gumline. Brush inside, outside, above and below the gum line of your teeth in a small circular motion. Make it a habit to drink soft drinks and keep sugary foods away from your teeth.
  • A brush that's too hard can hit your gums and bleed, while a brush that's too soft won't remove plaque. So use a medium brush.
  • When brushing the inside of your front teeth, first place the toothbrush on the right side of your tooth. Then move the brush up and down to brush each tooth. Repeat this procedure several times for each tooth.
  • Use mouthwash after brushing your teeth.
  • Don't forget to brush your tongue, as well as the roof of your mouth.

Bacteria are a part of us, it cannot be avoided. Everyone has millions of bacteria growing in their mouths that serve no purpose. It embeds itself around the surface of the teeth and creates “plaque” on our teeth which invisibly erodes our teeth. It happens very automatically and quickly. You can feel this sensation when you wake up in the morning and run your tongue over your teeth. So take proper care of your teeth without neglect. Do these things with proper dental care, hopefully your teeth will stay healthy.
