The digestion of non-vegetarian foods, such as pulses and beans, demands more energy from the body, making beans, with their low calorie content, a suitable option that can be enjoyed in abundance.

Green tea aids in digestion and eliminates harmful substances from the body. Some studies have shown that green tea has anti-cancer properties. The combination of fish oil and honey supports the breakdown of surplus body fat.
