We do nothing to lose weight! I reduce the amount of food on the plate and spend day after day eating cucumber, carrot and soup. According to them, eating these 7 types of high protein foods for weight loss and fat-burning foods regularly in moderate amounts will surely reduce weight:

01. Fruits and vegetables:

Since these foods are high in micronutrients and fiber, they help reduce cholesterol and belly fat. Dietary fiber binds to fat cells and helps them to pass out of the body through excrement. Also, fruits and vegetables are high in fiber which reduces the feeling of hunger. Consuming a minimum of four to five servings of fruits and vegetables daily can diminish cravings for other foods, making them effective in combating belly fat for these specific reasons.

02. Green tea:

This refreshing beverage not only maintains the body's freshness but also plays a significant role in promoting weight loss. The presence of ample antioxidants in green tea indirectly contributes to the reduction of excess fat.

03. Almond and olive oil:

As essential as protein is in the daily diet, so is the presence of 'fat'-type foods. Surprised? But this is true.

It also aids the body in maximizing the utilization of food by maintaining an active basal metabolic rate (BMR). Pairing fiber foods to reduce the tendency to store excess calories in the body.
